Client                       : I bought this shoes from your online shop yesterday, I believed I’ve order for number 37 but this is number 39.
Customer service        : I sincerely apologize. I will check your order, may I know your
   buying code?

Customer service        : Okay, thank you. Let me review this situation so I can identify
   the best solution. I will get back to you as soon as.
Client                          : Okay.

Sales department        : I can give him a good advice. He can choose return the shoes with a    different size or the same size but different model with lower price he buying.
